Business Starter, Business Standard, and Business Plus plans can be purchased for a maximum of 300 users. There is no minimum or maximum user limit for Enterprise plans. Google Workspace customers may have access to additional features for a limited promotional period.

* Google Workspace provides flexible pooled storage per user that is shared across the organization. Enterprise plan customers have 5 TB of pooled storage per user and can request additional storage if needed by contacting Google Support.

Google Workspace Business Plus provides the perfect solution for backup and security of existing data. It has Google Vault inbuilt in it. In Google Vault we can store and archive the data. We get 5TB of pooled storage. For security, 2-step verification can be enabled for each ID or the IDs we want, login challenges, and so on. We can use attachment compliance if we want to put a restriction on attachments.
