Microsoft Kaizala Secure Messaging and Work Management App
Microsoft Kaizala is a secure messaging and works management app that lets you collaborate with others in and outside of your organization. You can easily send and receive messages, coordinate tasks, submit invoices, and use special tools to interact with your team.

Kaizala is for individuals, organizations, and communities. It is currently commercially available internationally except in a few countries(Cuba, Iran, North Korea, People's Republic of China, Sudan, Syria, Region of Crimea, and Russia) and is available worldwide in all Android and iOS play stores.
You can download the Kaizala mobile app for free from the Google Play Store for Android phones and the App Store for iOS phones.
App Requirements:
Android phone running Android 4.3 or later.
Cellular data should be there. If you are using a tablet.
iOS phone running iOS 9.0 or later.
An internet connection or cellular data.
The phone number you are registering must receive text messages.
Download the Mobile App:
On your phone, you can download Microsoft Kaizala from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
Tap Get started.
Enter your name and phone number, and then tap Next.
Click on Allow to verify your phone number and import your contacts list.
You are ready to start using Kaizala.
Note: A Microsoft Kaizala account can only be verified with one phone number. The same phone number will not work for multiple Kaizala accounts.
Set up Your Profile:
At the bottom of the screen, tap Profile.
Tap on your name or the edit profile icon to add your designation, location, and email address.
To update your profile picture. Tap the camera icon.
To update your status. Tap the edit status icon.
Start a Chat:
Tap Chats Image of the Chats > New Chat.
Select the contact (from the list) with whom you want to chat.
If any of your contacts are not on the Kaizala, send them an invitation to get them started.
Create a Group:
Tap Chats Image of the Chats > New Group.
Enter a name for your group, and then tap Next.
To add contacts or create groups, scroll through the contact list to add them or search for them in the search box.
Tap Next.
Choose a group icon.
Tap Done to create your group and it will show up on your chat list.
Set up a Meeting:
Tap Chats Image of the Chats to start or open a chat.
Tap Kaizala Actions > Let’s Meet.
Enter a meeting name, choose the date and time, and choose the duration.
Enter your location, or choose your current location, or search for a location and then choose it.
Choose Responses visible only to me, if you want.
Tap Send.
Users can respond by choosing Yes, No, or Maybe.
To see the snapshot of responses, in Kaizala Actions, choose Let’s Meet.
View Your Action Items:
Tap Profile > Action Items.
Select an action type to see the type organized by received and sent actions.
Select an action from the list to enhance in that conversation.
Use the back arrow to go back to the pending action lists.
