Microsoft Power Automate: Create Automated Workflow

Workflow automation refers to a series of automated actions for the steps in a business process. It is primarily used to improve everyday business processes because when your workflows with ease, you can concentrate on getting more done and focus on the things that matter.  Microsoft Power Automate formerly known as "Flow" does exactly the same for you.

Microsoft Power Automate creates a workflow that automates your mail flow, manages your notifications and collects data, integrates your social media handles with your work account without requiring your efforts every single time, integrates favorite apps and services to synchronize files, all through built-in templates by Microsoft or customized flow.

Power Automate is a cloud-based service available currently as a part of Microsoft Office 365 offering. There are built-in templates available for users to automate their workflow and Create apps, workflows, and custom rich forms to streamline processes.

Many built-in templates are available in order to enhance user experience and help them automate workflows, the image below for reference.

Few examples of templates to facilitate users are as listed below  -

• Get a push notification when you receive an email from your boss

• Notify co-worker about running late to a meeting

• Submit a travel request for an approval

• Onboard new vendors through a form and approval process 

You can create as well as manage all flows from the My Flows tab in Microsoft Power Automate.

The Flow can be customized by Choosing the flow’s trigger and saving the Flow, image for reference-
