User Modification Made Easy with G Suite Admin Console
User Management and activities are now on the fingertips of the G Suite Admin.
In order to use a company’s email Id or G Suite service, a user must be created by the Super admin in Google Account. Admin console in G Suite is where the Google Admin can supervise every single thing of the organization on a single platform including users creation.
After logging in to the Admin console panel a dashboard will appear on the screen as an interface.
For User Addition, we need to log into the Admin Console Panel and after going to the Users icon from the Dashboard a single user and also Multiple users can be added:
Add New Users: For creating a new user in the admin console panel click to the user icon from the admin console Dashboard. Add a user, First name and Last Name is required also the user id with the password, Secondary email and phone number.
Bulk Upload Users: It is where multiple users can be added by attaching a simple file in one click after logging in to the admin console panel a dashboard will open click to the user icon and click to Bulk upload for adding Multiple users. Multiple users can be added by adding the user First Name, Last name, User id and password in a spreadsheet of an Organisation by adding each users details in a spreadsheet. That file can be downloaded in CSV format and can be attached later in the bulk upload as the multiple users of the organisation.
Deleting Single User: By going to the Users list from the admin console panel select the user you want to remove and the user will be deleted.
Resetting Password and Renaming the User: For Resetting the user password search by the username select the user ID from the admin console panel and reset the password or rename the user.
Deleting Multiple Users: After logging into the admin console panel select the users you want to remove from the organizational unit and after selecting the users Remove the licenses and multiple users will be removed this way from admin console panel.
