Google Slides are used by everyone for presentations in offices, institutions, conferences as well as for various events. To make these presentations even more attractive and interactive you can use various free Add-on tools that are available in the GSuite Marketplace and other online stores.

Using Google Slides Add-Ons to Create an Effective and Impressive Presentation

Google Slides is a web-based software office suite offered by Google within the Google Drive assistance. It is formally used as a presentation program in offices, institutions, conferences as well as in various events.

To make these presentations impressive, you can use some add-ons for these slides so that you can save time, improve performance as well as enhance functionality. You can get these add-ons on the Google Slides menu bar by clicking “Get Add-ons.”

Following are some of the Add-ons that I feel will be helpful to make  presentations impressive, informative and presentable:

  1. Advanced Find and Replace: It helps to detect and restore texts, numbers or even symbols in large documents. It also allows you to change the format into Bold, Italic, etc.

  1. Doc365 GIF Maker: This tool helps to change a presentation into animated Gifs. You can select the size of GIf and the amount of time-frame the slides can last.

  1. Paletti: This tool helps to select around 200 colors from the palettes. You can also create a new color that matches the images in slides.

  1. Pear Deck: This tool helps to create your own template and helps to add interactive objects. It helps the presentation to be more interactive by adding multiple choices, text entry, numeric entry, drawing, and other draggable activities.

  1. Photo Slideshow: It helps to import various images from your Google Drive to the slides.

  1. Shutterstock Editor: This tool helps in advanced editing for the slideshows so that you can do corrections according to your requirements.

  1. Unsplash: This tool provides over 30,000 new images to use in your slides for personal and commercial purposes.

  1. Cloud Convert: Last but not least, this tool is technically not an add-on, but it works more effectively as an Add-on. This tool helps to convert various files like jpeg, pdf or SVG file to an EMF, where it helps to simply insert an image from Adobe illustrator into slides.
